Paul Englehart

Executive Director

Paul Englehart serves as the Executive Director at TerraBella Pheasant Ridgewhere he oversees the daily operations of our Assisted LIving and Memory Care Senior Living Community . Paul brings more than 15 years of experience in the Senior Living Industry experience to TerraBella Pheasant Ridge.

Prior to joining TerraBella Pheasant Ridge , Paul has wored on Skilled nursing, Memory Care, ALF and ILF communities as well as an EMT earlier in his career.

Outside of work, Paul enjoys traveling, good food and is an avid pet lover

Noah Dellinger

Senior Lifestyle Counselor

Sales and Marketing Director, Noah Dellinger, has nearly 10 years of experience in the senior living industry. He has successfully managed sales and occupancy in both assisted living and memory care communities across the Roanoke Valley. Prior to his career in senior living, Noah served for more than a decade in the United States Marine Corps and received his Bachelor of Science degree from Radford University in 2012. Noah is married and has two children.

Justin Blakely

Director of Facility Operations

After relocating to the Roanoke area in 2021, Justin joined TerraBella Pheasant Ridge as Director of Facility Operations. Justin began his career in construction management and has operated in several positions in the construction industry throughout his career prior to joining Pheasant Ridge. In his free time, Justin enjoys supporting Glencar Athletics and local band programs.
