Melinda Collins

Executive Director

Melinda Collins serves the TerraBella Pheasant Ridge as Executive Director and brings over 25 years of healthcare experience to the community. Beginning her career as a Nursing Assistant, Melinda brings a multitude of experience in senior living to the team, having also worked in the business office, admissions, and now as a licensed Assisted Living Administrator. She is excited to have found her home here at TerraBella Pheasant Ridge.

Melinda is truly passionate about assisting seniors, especially those with memory related conditions, and has assisted several communities with opening a memory care neighborhood inside of their Assisted Living facility. She has achieved her Certified Dementia Practitioner certification.

When she is not at work, she enjoys reading and spending time with family, which includes 3 children, 5 grandchildren, and her 3 dogs named Leroy, Ellie Mae and Tank.

Noah Dellinger

Senior Lifestyle Counselor

Sales and Marketing Director, Noah Dellinger, has nearly 10 years of experience in the senior living industry. He has successfully managed sales and occupancy in both assisted living and memory care communities across the Roanoke Valley. Prior to his career in senior living, Noah served for more than a decade in the United States Marine Corps and received his Bachelor of Science degree from Radford University in 2012. Noah is married and has two children.

Alisha Hoke

Director of Health & Wellness

Alisha Hoke joined TerraBella Pheasant Ridge in 2022 as Director of Health and Wellness. Alisha is deeply passionate about working with the geriatric population and brings over 20 years of experience in healthcare and wellness to the team. She hold an Advanced Health Care Nursing Degree and has experience in trauma, long term care, dementia, Alzheimer’s, hospice, skilled, and assisted living nursing. In addition to her ample experience, Alisha takes great pride in her strong communication skills and interpersonal skills.

 In her free time, Alisha enjoys spending time in her small country community nestled in the mountains of Alleghany with her husband  Phillip, children and grandchildren, and her two Great Danes. Together, they enjoy glamping, attending UVA games, and enjoying the outdoors in Virginia’s gorgeous Blue Ridge.

Justin Blakely

Director of Facility Operations

After relocating to the Roanoke area in 2021, Justin joined TerraBella Pheasant Ridge as Director of Facility Operations. Justin began his career in construction management and has operated in several positions in the construction industry throughout his career prior to joining Pheasant Ridge. In his free time, Justin enjoys supporting Glencar Athletics and local band programs.

Wanda Amos

Director of Celebrations

Wanda joined the Pheasant Ridge Team in 2011 and serves as Director of Celebrations. Wanda has a strong passion and drive to ensure our residents have a good life. She understands activities are key to keeping the mind and body challenged and stimulated. Her loving relationships with our residents ensure they feel at home and connected. There is not a resident that comes through our doors that does not become part of Wanda’s family. She takes care of our residents and her love for them shines through in all she does. She feels blessed to have the opportunity to care for the generations who cared for us. Wanda is always open to new great ideas and open feedback on activities and care for our residents and would love to hear from you!

Eric Wilkinson

Memory Care Director

Eric joined TerraBella Pheasant Ridge in 2022 as Memory Care Director and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Pheasant Ridge team. After graduating from Virginia Tech with a BS in Biology in 2012, Eric began working in an Assisted Living community as a CNA. From there, he gained experience in several positions within the senior living industry including Med Tech, MCU Director, Wellness Director, Compliance Manager, and Resident Care Coordinator. Eric is passionate about working with seniors and excited to be working with our memory care residents. In his free time, Eric enjoys spending time with his spouse and two young boys.
