I have been there on numerous occasions and the people there always greet you with a very pleasant smile and I observe the interactions with the clients. They treat them with care and respect. The food smells great as well.

I had the pleasure of doing my training here with Loran and Pam. They both were very knowledgeable and welcomed me with open arms. When I left training, they reassured me plenty of times to call if I ever need anything and have stood by their word!! I love being a part of the Terra Bella family.

I have visited this community on two different occasions. I went to tour there a year ago and was invited to go back recently for their Grand Re-opening. I found the community to be clean and beautifully decorated. The employees are extremely nice and were very helpful to me when I checked in at the front desk. I watched to see how they interacted with residents while I was touring and I saw that they treated them with kindness and respect. I was truly impressed with my experience there.

While touring this community last week I was blown away at how the Executive Director, Loran, stopped and spoke to every resident by name. She had the answer to every question that I had, and even answered some that I didn't know I needed to ask. The residents looked happy and the new updates around the building looked amazing.

So blessed to have found TBS (formerly Pendleton Manor.) It's the perfect smaller, loving, caring place to call home. It wasn't an easy decision to move my brother to assisted living and then which one! My brother has lived at TBS for 14 months and it truly was the best decision for all of us. Knowing he is not only cared for so lovingly but also he and his family is cared about is priceless. We are so grateful that as his disease progresses, the Terra Bella staff is always there. Thank You!

My mother was recently a resident in the Memory Care Unit of Pendleton Manor. The staff and administration were very caring and took great care of my mom as she declined and eventually passed away. During her brief time at Pendleton Manor, she was involved in the activities for the residents and I think she really enjoyed the facility. Losing a loved one is very tough but at least I can thank Pendleton Manor for making my mothers final weeks and days as comfortable for her as possible. I want to thank the staff and administration of Pendleton Manor for taking care of my mother.

Although my dad has only been there two days, he seems quite comfortable and we are impressed with the staff and facility so far. Really like the location and the small size of the place.

My mother-in-law is here and the care is great and it is clean. The owners are super. She has been here a year and a half.
