Kayla Pickler joined the TerraBella Senior Living team in 2023 as the Executive Director of TerraBella Spartanburg after spending five years in other roles in senior living. Kayla graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science in 2018 and a Masters of Public Health from Liberty University in 2020. After graduating college, Kayla found a passion for working with seniors and the joy that it brought to her life.
Jim Dillon has served as a tenured leader at TerraBella Spartanburg as Director of Facility Operations. Jim enjoys managing the day to day operations of our dynamic community and interacting with TerraBella’s wonderful senior population!
Director of Celebrations Toni Colston has served TerraBella Spartanburg for over 8 years. With extensive experience in Senior Living, Toni began her career at TerraBellas as a caregiver before joining the leadership team as Celebrations Director. Toni has a passion for working with seniors and her favorite part of the day are her conversations and connections with all of TerraBella’s residents. In her free time, Toni enjoys reading, shopping, and spending time with her son.
My name is Nathan Howle, and I am from Rock Hill, South Carolina. I attended Lander University where I obtained my bachelor’s degree in mathematics, and am currently attending the University of North Alabama to obtain my master’s degree. Since college, I have worked in a variety of different senior living settings and have worked as a caregiver up to an administrator. I am most passionate about this field because of the warm fuzzy feeling I get from building connections with my residents, and watching them thrive in their new environments. As the Senior Lifestyle Counselor at TerraBella Spartanburg, I can’t wait to learn more about you and your loved ones, and help you find an environment where you feel right at home!
In my free time, I enjoy working out, running, and spending time with my two dogs, Scarlett (Pit Mix) and Cooper (Great Dane). I also enjoy hiking, playing volleyball, and playing pickleball as well! If you don’t find me working, you’ll find me on the go somewhere within the amazing Spartanburg community!”
