David Moore

Executive Director

David Moore is the Executive Director and Licensed Assisted Living Administrator for Terra Bella Hendersonville. A former Biology teacher, David has been in long-term care leadership for almost 30 years, having spend the past 23 years at a large retirement community in Asheville. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Mars Hill College and a Master’s Degree in Human Resources from Western Carolina University.

David and his Wife Denita live in Brevard and have raised three amazing children. In his spare time, David enjoys spending time with family while hiking, canoeing, and woodworking. He is a former minister of music and remains active in his church. He enjoys singing whenever possible, and has a passion for ukuleles, with two always ready on the wall of his office.

Amanda Lamb

Senior Lifestyle Counselor

Amanda has 10+ years experience in camp and retreat ministry, doing everything from hospitality and programs to operations. She has also worked with a non-profit and other organizations that emphasize good stewardship, outdoor education, and a focus on creating community and providing places and spaces that foster growth. Eventually, she chose to join the senior living community as an activities director, and has since made the transition to sales and marketing. Senior care and engagement quickly became a great passion in her life and she loves helping others see the value in what we get to do here at TerraBella.

Tanya Tingling

Memory Care Director

Tanya serves TerraBella Hendersonville as Memory Care Director. Prior to starting in in healthcare, Tanya worked in a variety of positions including in local restaurants, retail, and caregiving. She then transitioned into the textile industry before going to school to study Medical Office Administration. Armed with her degree in MOA, and with her experience with coding, accounting, and billing, Tanya made the decision to transition into Senior Living. She has since been an asset to the TerraBella Hendersonville team for 10 years. She is passionate about her career and helping area seniors and has a special love for her residents in Memory Care. In her personal life, Tanya enjoys spending time with her two daughters.

Sylvia Reed

Director of Health & Wellness

Sylvia Reed is the Director of Health and Wellness for Terra Bella Hendersonville. She has an Associate Degree in Nursing from Blue Ridge Community College and a Bachelor of Nursing from Mars Hill College. Prior to joining TerraBella, Sylvia had experience in hospice care, case management and most recently was the Director of Health for a large retirement community in Hendersonville.

Sylvia and her Husband Joel live in Hendersonville and have five wonderful children. When not working in healthcare, Sylvia helps out on her family’s farm, Point Lookout Orchards. She enjoys working with children at her Church, hiking, and spending time with friends and family.

Sierra Pischel

Business Office Manager

Sierra Pischel joined the community in February 2019 working and served in direct care prior to being promoted to Business Office Manager. A Hendersonville native, she loves to travel on her time off with her partner and 2 children. You can find them anywhere from the mountains to the ocean.
