I have only been here for a few months but I enjoy working at this place. Great staff members and I love each and every resident. This is like my second home. I learn something new everyday and I get tought new things each day. Out of all my jobs this is a good job. I enjoy coming in and looking out and helping the residents. This is a good facility to work at. There are good days and bad days but more good days .Resident Assistant (RA)

Within In My 2 Years Employed With ElmCroft I Have Experienced More Great Days Than Bad With Staff , Residents , And Also Family Of The Residents. I Am Very Well Connected With Everyone Here Including Residents. Of Course Every Job Get Overwhelming But It’s Up To Your Team To Work Through It. The Residents Are Our First Priority.
