I am so grateful for the referral to TerraBella Roswell! Decisions like this are extremely hard and you must make sure you do what is best for everyone involved. From day one...the welcoming and accessible communications with Dan the director, the tour that started off with a warm and friendly greeting from the concierge Wanda, guided by the manager Krystal who eased my anxiety with her genuine caring nature, and finishing up by meeting some of the wonderful staff...now called "family"! We are at peace knowing that my mom is receiving great care and she is comfortable and safe. She enjoys her time with her newfound friends playing games, singing karaoke, eating tasty food, going on outings, and living in an overall clean and inviting community. She receives both physical and occupational therapy in-house and the gym is clean, spacious, and bright. We enjoy coming to visit in her room, the beautiful courtyard, upstairs in the game room, and/or having a delicious meal in the dining room! Lately whenever we come to visit, we search where she is throughout because she is hardly in her room and we now plan family outings around her busy schedule at TerraBella 🙂 We are blessed to be part of the "TerraBella Roswell Family" and my mom agrees!!!

I feel that this is a great place overall so it will be a 3 1/2 star. My only comment is that once certain upgrades are done that it’ll be more appealing for people that tour this location. As for as staff that needs improvement to be more of team members/ players to work together then things will flow smoothly.

Updating my review after almost 1 year. TerraBella has markedly remedied our Memory Care resident's frequent falling (because of not asking for help). They watch her real well. Small MC group and caring caregivers help provide a safe, homey residence.

Terra Bella has been great for my mother in law. She is well taken care of, has incredible food and the caregivers are so good to her. The activity director keeps her busy with games. I am thankful for this move for her.

The caregivers here are very kind and hardworking. The atmosphere is clean, pretty and calm, and the food is excellent. My mom is so well cared for! It's a very sweet and small community that we feel lucky to be a part of. Also, there is a Wellstar clinic and dentist office literally right next door, adding a lot of convenience. We highly recommend.

We have been very pleased with the quality of care at Terra Bella. Everytime I visit mom, she is well dressed, and well cared for. The food here is also very good. We were having terrible problems with a different facility and had to move mom to Terra Bella. We are very glad we did. She is much happier and we are much less anxious.

My husband has now been at Terra Bella for 6 1/2 months. I am rewriting my review because I wanted to add more praise to Terra Bell and the staff. My husband arrived with difficult issues. Once accepted the staff jumped in to make sure that he was comfortable and that his transition would be a good one. Now 6 1/2 months later many members of the staff have made an enormous difference in my husband's life day in and day out. They are almost like his family! These people are dedicated to my husband's well being and care. They love what they do. It shows. I am so grateful for these people. Thank you Terra Bella!

I recently admitted my mom to TerraBella. I found the sales/executive staff to be so genuine and caring and the community lovely, but not extravagant. As I met more of the staff managers, I continued to be put at ease. Although transitions like this are extremely difficult by nature, the staff at TerraBella have gone beyond my expectations in helping us feel safe, cared for and valued. After just 1 week we have seen the visiting doctor to review her health/meds and she has begun physical therapy. So happy. I would highly recommend!

I’m very happy with the care that my grandmother gets here. The staff is personable and very helpful. I know she feels at home here. The move in process was effortless, big thanks Dan who was so helpful.

Our family could not be more pleased with our decision to place our loved one in this community! The staff is very friendly and always accommodating. The communication with staff is great and they are always responsive. Living out of state we have to entrust others with the well being of our family member. The Executive Director, Daniel, has been so supportive and pays attention to detail. We are very impressed

I had a loved one that I was considering checking into this facility, but unfortunately they passed before I could do so. I spoke with Daniel Mielch, I believe he was the director, but he made himself more available than anyone else I had spoken with. But I have to say, he made me feel so at ease, that my loved one would be taken take of. I left with a state of peace of mind that I had not experienced in a long time. I would highly recommend this facility. I would also recommend you look for Daniel if you run into a situation, where you come to a point of checking a loved one into a facility like this. Before my loved one passed, I explained to them, where they would be going, and they were actually looking forward to it. I met members of the staff as well, and the entire experience was calming to the both of us. I checked out other facilities, and , I would not consider any other place.

This facility has really experienced a drastic turnaround over the past few months to become one of the best in Roswell. The team there has really helped my mother in many ways, shapes, and forms. Specifically, Krystal, Cynthia, and Andrea have been excellent. The ED Dan took a lot of time to answer any questions as well and has always made himself available. I couldn't suggest this place more. I have toured and met with many places in the area and I was very happy with my choice.

My mother has been a resident there a little over a year. Our family can't be happier with our decision to place her there. The managment and staff are professional, caring and very attentive. The meals that are served are truly like a southern, home cooked meal, that she can relate to. The property is always clean, anytime of the day we visit.

I have found TerraBella to be a very good respite care location for my sister while I am recovering from surgery and a chemo-therapy protocol. The rooms are all very clean and inviting since renovations were completed recently. The staff is very good for my sister since she requires more attention than most. They are all very attentive and helpful. Recently the staff celebrated my sister's 80th birthday with a lovely party. Cake, cookies, lemonade, music and great resident interaction with music and conversation with both staff and residents made it a great day for my sister. The food is very good with quite a good variety at the main midday meal and she has begun enjoying daily activities and participation in a resident's committee giving feedback to the management. My sister has adjusted to the relocation much better than I anticipated, due in large measure to TerraBella staff and quality of the environment there. I recommend TerraBella very highly.

My grandmother has thrived in this community for over 5 years. The staff is excellent. Most of the employees have been there longterm. This is her third home, after encountering issues with previous facilities. My family is finally able to feel comfortable and know that she’s in great hands. We couldn’t be happier!

This is a wonderful place. I have referred several of my clients there and they have been so happy. They also allow folks in the community to interact with their residents each year in the festival of the wreaths which is so much fun. Lovely place that really feels like home.
