Daniel Mielech

Executive Director

Executive Director, Daniel Mielech, has worked in healthcare administration for more than a decade initially starting in home healthcare as a recruiter and eventually working his way up to Director of Business Operations. Daniel started a healthcare company in New Jersey and was introduced to assisted living by marketing to those types of communities. When he started his first role as Executive Director he immediately fell in love with the position. Summerville. Daniel earned a MBA degree in management and truly enjoys assisting the team members and helping the residents in any way possible. Daniel has a dog named Cooper and a cat named Gizmo that he loves dearly. Outside of work, Daniel enjoys making music, fishing, and spending time with his nieces and nephews.

Krystal Moon joined Terra Bella Roswell in May of 2022 as Business Office Manager. With over 10 years of experience as an Office Manager. Krystal enjoys the challenges and rewards that come with the daily operations of an office. From helping residents and family members. Krystal love’s spending time with her family and playing basketball with her youngest son. Krystal is the mother of 2 boys and grandmother of 3.

Director of Facility Operations

Ira Bledsoe serves as the Director of Facility Operations at TerraBella Roswell where he oversees the day to day functionality of the facility. Ira brings more than 25 years of maintenance/renovations experience to TerraBella and specializes in healthcare.

Prior to joining TerraBella, Ira enjoyed running Bledsoe Contractors & Property Management. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Kyria Simpson Bledsoe and his five children. He also still enjoys doing renovations when he can find the time.

Cynthia Gilyard, has worked for more than 40 years with professional chefs from all over the world. She believes that seniors deserve luxury. Her philosophy is simple, “Treat people the way you would want them to treat you and your loved ones.” Cynthia takes pride in creating exceptional dining experiences and a great atmosphere all while making sure nutritional needs are met. Native to Atlanta for 30 years and being a grandmother (of all teenagers) and a senior herself, she is honored to be able to provide a 5-star culinary experience. It is Cynthia’s pleasure to assist in enhancing the quality of life for the residents.

Community Mascot

Cooper is our lovely community pet who always looks like he hasn’t eaten for days but eats all the time. He loves to greet our residents and family members and enjoys being lazy taking naps in our ED’s office. He has a sister name Gizmo who is 7 years old and he is the older brother at 9 years old. He loves treats and going for long walks. His favorite foods are pizza crust, hot dogs, and the ends of bread. Come say hello!
