Daniel Mielech

Executive Director

Executive Director, Daniel Mielech, has worked in healthcare administration for more than a decade initially starting in home healthcare as a recruiter and eventually working his way up to Director of Business Operations. Daniel started a healthcare company in New Jersey and was introduced to assisted living by marketing to those types of communities. When he started his first role as Executive Director he immediately fell in love with the position. Summerville. Daniel earned a MBA degree in management and truly enjoys assisting the team members and helping the residents in any way possible. Daniel has a dog named Cooper and a cat named Gizmo that he loves dearly. Outside of work, Daniel enjoys making music, fishing, and spending time with his nieces and nephews.

Andrea Strauss

Area Sales Director

Andrea Strauss comes to TerraBella with over 30 years of sales/marketing experience.  She began her career in physician recruiting for 18 years, Hospice for 6 years and Senior Living 6 years …growing to a Regional position thus securing an array of experience from strategic marketing, sales training, to coaching sales professionals.  She has also received her CDP (Certified Dementia Practitioner) and CMDCP (Certified Montessori Dementia Care Professional) while working towards her Master’s.

Andrea is deeply passionate about leading a team to embrace the sales process that is focused on relationship selling. She approaches the sales process with compassion and empathy, knowing that building a trusting relationship is key.  She combines a naturally competitive drive with an equal gift for team work, achieving results through her contagiously positive attitude.

When she is not working Andrea enjoys spending time with family, friends and her deaf boxer Patton, photography, antiquing, travel and all outside activities.


Krystal Moon

Business Office Manager

Krystal Moon joined Terra Bella Roswell in May of 2022 as Business Office Manager. With over 10 years of experience as an Office Manager. Krystal enjoys the challenges and rewards that come with the daily operations of an office. From helping residents and family members. Krystal love’s spending time with her family and playing basketball with her youngest son. Krystal is the mother of 2 boys and grandmother of 3.


Sharon Slusher

Director of Health and Wellness

Sharon Slusher brings over 15 years of nursing experience to TerraBella. She began her career in 2001 working as a certified nursing assistant providing care in rehab and nursing home communities. In 2007, she graduated as an LPN from Brown Mackie College and in 2013, she began working as a wellness nurse before being promoted to Wellness Director over 8 years ago.

Born and raised outside of Chicago, she relocated to Georgia in June 2015. She is the proud mother of a young adult daughter and gigi to fur baby Skye (who loves spending time with our TerraBella residents). In her free time, she enjoys shopping , and laughter with love ones, residents, and staff.


Davey Wheeling

Director of Facilities

Davey is an experienced building maintenance technician. Driven by efficiency, he takes pride in providing the best maintenance work possible. As a Maintenance tech his goals are improving building performance. In addition to his primary job functions Davey has been recognized for his extraordinary commitment to building performance and development.


Shaina Johnson

Director of Celebrations

Shaina joins TerraBella Roswell Assisted Living with a passion for providing residents opportunities for purpose and engaged living while ensuring compassion and quality care. Originally from New York, she obtained her Bachelors of Science in Hospitality management from Cheyney University of Pennsylvania.

Throughout her career, she has worked in senior settings, including long-term care, assisted living and Memory Care, using each facility to gain knowledge and learn best practices on creating amazing experiences. She also enjoys traveling, cooking, swimming, watching movies and spending time with family and friends.

She is excited to be apart of the TerraBella team and looks forward to collaborative partnerships, and collective goal to elevate the resident experience through different programming adventures.

Cynthia Gilyard

Executive Chef

Cynthia Gilyard, has worked for more than 40 years with professional chefs from all over the world. She believes that seniors deserve luxury. Her philosophy is simple, “Treat people the way you would want them to treat you and your loved ones.” Cynthia takes pride in creating exceptional dining experiences and a great atmosphere all while making sure nutritional needs are met. Native to Atlanta for 30 years and being a grandmother (of all teenagers) and a senior herself, she is honored to be able to provide a 5-star culinary experience. It is Cynthia’s pleasure to assist in enhancing the quality of life for the residents.



Community Mascot

Cooper is our lovely community pet who always looks like he hasn’t eaten for days but eats all the time. He loves to greet our residents and family members and enjoys being lazy taking naps in our ED’s office. He has a sister name Gizmo who is 7 years old and he is the older brother at 9 years old. He loves treats and going for long walks. His favorite foods are pizza crust, hot dogs, and the ends of bread. Come say hello!
