We had to make the tough decision to place my grandmother in memory care in October. I researched and visited many facilities but TB Cramer mountain was the first place to feel welcoming and a good fit. Amy, the executive director was and has been a great resource. The staff loves on my grandmother like she's there own which makes me feel better when I'm not able to visit. The staff tolerates and welcomes my multiple family members visiting, and welcomes in my grandfather who is struggling without his wife. I am so thankful I found TB Cramer mountain.

In November, my family moved our mom, Colleen into Terra Bella Cramerton. We have been so pleased with this facility and the care that Mom has received. The staff here is courteous, always there with a smile , and very attentive to not only Mom’s needs, but supportive of our family.The rooms are spacious, clean and bright.A special shout out to some of the staff that care for Mom -Janie, Dale, Brianna, T, and Sam are wonderful working with mom and seeing to her personal needs. And apologies to anyone’s name I couldn’t remember. Everyone we have had dealings with have been wonderful.Malinda, the lovely lady that does mom’s laundry, is always there with a smile, and even a hug when it is most needed.Sylvia, Activities Director, plans fun things for the residents and makes sure all are invited, included, and encouraged to join in. Mom has developed a nice social network with the other Residents.The office staff is always attentive and friendly and helpful with any questions we have about Mom’s care.The decision to place a loved one in a Care Facility is never ever easy for anyone. I am so grateful that we made this decision for my Mom and that we are a part of The Terra Bella Cramerton Family.

TerraBella Cramer Mountain has been such a blessing to my dad and our family. The staff is so caring and nice. Everything is clean and well maintained. My dad is involved in the activities and has made new friends. Best decision we could have made.

Terra Bella Cramer Mountain is a very nice facility. The staff is attentive to the needs of the residents. I have always been greeted by the staff and the residents as well. The residents seem to have made Terra Bella home. I would recommend Terra Bella Cramer Mountain to anyone looking for assisted living or memory care.

Terrabella is a fantastic assisted living for my grandmother! She absolutely loves it here and anytime we take her places she’s wanting to know when she gets to go back “home”! The staff are so attentive and Amy, the director, is great! I feel like they take care of my grandmother as if she was their own family.

My dad has moved in recently... except for non stop issues with cable tv it has been wonderful. All the staff has been wonderful, friendly and engaged. So far we're very happy!

Enjoyed my tour. The community smells nice and is very clean! The staff was helpful and residents seemed happy. Loved seeing the activities going for the residents!

The place is beautiful, very clean. No bad smells at all.Everyone is nice and helpful.My step dad is happy there.Love this place.I wish other places was as good as this place is.I get sick with bad smells and this place has no bad smells at all.

I toured this community for my grandmother and was blown away at how clean it was! They have recently had a renovation and it looks so beautiful! We will be moving my grandmother in within the next 2 months!

I have worked here for several months as the maintenance director...this community has recently been renovated and I have Ben very impressed with how clean it is! Residents are happy and thriving!

My grandfather was moved for NY to this location about 7 months ago. They have cared so much for my grandfather and took such great care of him. They treated him as their own as family and helped him through the end of his life. Thank you to all the staff who have been a blessing and a light to my grandfather in his last days. May God bless each of you. Amanda Trish, Ayesha, and everyone else . Thank you.For those looking for care for a loved one, I highly recommend this center. You won’t have to question if your loved one is getting the care they need and deserve. Staff is overwhelming with support and care.
