At TerraBella Spartanburg, residents can choose from three floor plans: Magnolia, Redbud, and Poplar. All these apartments are especially suited for residents who require daily assistance, so the space is designed to optimize services, such as bathing assistance and foot care management.
Magnolia is a one-bedroom and one-bathroom suite that is 265 square foot in size. This is the smallest apartment in our assisted living community and is perfect for loved ones wanting to downsize to a smaller living space. Redbud is another one-bedroom and one-bathroom suite, but it’s slighter larger compared to Magnolia at 300 square foot. This floor plan is suitable for loved ones living together with their significant other. Our biggest apartment is Poplar, which is a two-bedroom and one-bathroom unit that comes in at 418 square foot. Typically, this apartment is popular among loved ones who are renting alongside their friend. If your loved one is looking to cut down on rental costs, this is an option to consider.
