Jennifer Gorczyca

Executive Director

Jennifer Gorczyca, has gained more than 20 years of experience as a Licensed Practicing Nurse (LPN) in long term care and rehab settings. Jennifer’s mom was her inspiration for becoming a nurse and she was fortunate enough to grow up around grandparents and great-grandparents. She always had a special connection with seniors. Jennifer moved to Charlotte, NC in 2014 after growing up in upstate New York. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, playing board games, hiking in the woods, and spending time with her husband and two children.

Meg Wilson

Director of Celebrations

Meg Wilson serves at the Director of Celebrations at TerraBella Little Avenue where she enjoys getting to know all of the residents and spending each day getting to do activities with them. Meg is new to the senior living industry, previously working in pet care before learning about the Recreational Therapy field and following her passion to help spread joy to non-four-legged friends. Meg is originally from Hartsville, South Carolina and has a Bachelor of Science in Sociology.

Amanda Murrell

Memory Care Director

Amanda Murrell serves as care coordinator for TerraBella Little Avenue. Amanda has a true passion for assisting seniors and strives every day to achieve a promising, fulfilling and functional life for our shine residents. Amanda is an experienced coordinator with over five years experience, three of which she has served as a coordinator for seniors with Alzheimer’s and dementia. Amanda is passionate about nurturing others snd ensuring am exceptional quality of life, integrity, and love.

Monica Wojtkowski

Senior Lifestyle Counselor

Monica is excited to join the Little Avenue family as Senior Lifestyle Counselor after serving area seniors for 13 years.

Originally from Pittsburgh, Monica grew up in Middletown NY and has resided in the Charlotte area since 2000.She has a true passion for working with seniors and partnering with families to make this decision easier and effortless.

In her free time, Monica enjoys spending time with her amazing son and two dogs. She enjoys watching sports and end is a diehard Steelers, Yankees and Notre Dame fan!

Angela Gonzalez

Resident Care Coordinator

My name is Angela Gonzalez James and I am the Resident Care Coordinator here at TerraBella. I have been with this facility for 11 years. I am married and we have 3 amazing kids 20, 14, and 8. When I am not working, I enjoy spending precious time with my family, catching up on my favorite shows, and the outdoors. I absolutely Love my job! I have the opportunity and responsibility to make sure your loved ones wellness needs are met.
