Jennifer Palmisano

Executive Director

Jennifer started off her senior living career in the business office and quickly became an executive director in order to help in all aspects of the successful operation of her buildings.  She has vast experience in assisted living as well as memory care throughout different areas of North Carolina.  She is proud to be a part of the TerraBella Hillsborough team and help keep our community safe and vibrant.  When she is not at the community she is at home with her loved ones and spoiling her two furry children Frank & Stella.

Kelly Kleinbrahm

Senior Lifestyle Counselor

Our Senior Lifestyle Counselor, Kelly Kleinbrahm, made a transition into senior living from the world of hospitality and hotel management.  She is passionate about ensuring our seniors receive quality care and compassionate service that meets them where they are.  Kelly enjoys meeting the families, friends, and loved ones of our residents – it takes a village.  Learning about everyone’s unique history and stories in order to help them find others in their new home to meet and socialize with is paramount to a successful transition in her opinion.  While originally a native of New Jersey, she has lived in North Carolina since 2013 and embraced many of the local communities; she currently resides in Hillsborough.  When she is not in the community she is spending time with her two sons enjoying all of the beautiful trails and parks that this town has to offer.

Jasmine Craig

Business Office Manager

Jasmine has held a variety of roles within the senior healthcare industry including prior work in nursing and home healthcare which led to her true appreciation of the senior population.  The business office is where she feels she thrives and puts her talents to the best use.  In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family including her daughter and son.  She enjoys many creative pursuits including clothing design, drawing, and painting.

Shannon Quaile

Director of Celebrations

Shannon is a native of North Carolina and has her degree in Recreational Therapy from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. Over the past 8 years she has served as an Activities Director in other senior living environments. She is passionate about pet therapy and enjoys intertwining her love for dogs into her work. She believes pet therapy brings many benefits, especially in senior living. Her golden retriever named Copper will be sure to make many appearances here at TerraBella. Helping each resident thrive and have the best experience they can during their stay is the daily goal she sets out to achieve. Outside of work, Shannon enjoys spending time with her husband, church community, and family.

Dana Cortright

Director of Health & Wellness

Our head registered nurse has held the title and certification for over ten years and brings to the community a vast wealth of knowledge in the healthcare industry. Originally from upstate New York she has been in North Carolina for several years.  When she is not taking care of our residents and staff she is at her homestead with a variety of animals.  She enjoys spending time with her son and husband. Her passion for our residents is evident and she is an integral part of our community team.

Deborah Carmichael

Memory Care Coordinator

Memory Care Coordinator, Deborah Carmichael, has been in the healthcare industry for more than 25 years, mainly as a manager for home health care. For the last 10 years, her focus has been on dementia. She is dedicated to helping those that are living with dementia and offering support to families. Deborah enjoys coming to work every day and is recognized by families for all that she does for their loved ones. She enjoys spending time with her family and five standard poodles. Deborah has been an ordained minister for more than 20 years and one of her greatest things to do is to preach the gospel.

Sabrina Chambers

Lead Resident Care Coordinator

Sabrina has been a loyal community member for over 15 years. She began as a personal care aide, then a med tech, supervisor in charge, resident care coordinator, and now our lead coordinator. Her passion for delivering excellent care can be seen and felt by all. She is a mother of 4 and enjoys spending time with her family whenever she can. She enjoys singing and sleeping in on Saturdays whenever the opportunity arises.
